#1  you are aware of the rule of being on TS when playing and you agreed to it. it is not our responsibility to find out why you aren't on TS while playing, it is your responsibility to let us know if you aren't going to be on TS and why.

#2 we DID try to contact you in game but you never answered so you were kicked with a polite message, not a big deal, just trying to get your attention since you weren't answering us in game.

#3 in the future you can message any of your officers and explain issues like this beforehand through TS or through origins chat system so that we know what's going on.
