MemberShip Options Outline

Advanced Membership is $40 a year and entails

-squad advancement in rank
-squad e-mail
-teamspeak
-first pick in matches
-participation in squad cup
-earn medals and ribbons

Moderate Membership is $20 a year and entails

-Earn Rank with in the squad up to (E7) Gunnery Sergeant
Or
A squad email account ( you must pick one or the other)
-Full access on team speak to move freely to any of the channels
-participation in squad cup if there are not enough advanced members

Basic Membership is free

-No advancement in rank with in the squad

You can change your membership at anytime

Rank in this squad is a reflection of the dedication of the player to the squad, and the willingness and ability of the member to take on and complete additional responsibilities to keep the squad functioning as a cohesive unit. Rank is not a means whereby a senior player can tell a junior player how to play a game, or what fun is, unless a violation of the code of conduct or rules of engagement is involved. Sometimes it may be necessary for a ranking player to step in and solve a dispute or correct a rules violation. Ranking players will be held accountable for their actions just as well as junior players.

Command and Staff

These ranks are held for Command and Staff members of *SFO*

To get promoted to any of these ranks you must be with the squad for 5+ years and have shown true leadership and dedication

The duties of these ranks include:

-Commanding of members

-Making sure the *SFO* C.O.C and R.O.E are followed

-Overseeing any minor and major issues and helping to resolve them, and/or discipline accordingly

Division Commanders

To get promoted to any of these ranks, you must show true leadership and dedication and a high level of commitment to *SFO* Squad

The dutys of these ranks inclued:

-Making sure everyone below them are following the *SFO* C.O.C and R.O.E

-Overseeing any minor or major issues and reporting them to Command and Staff

-Helping Dvision leaders/members with setting up division practices

-Overseeing that division leaders are making sure their division are on top of everything and division leaders are doing all they can for their divisions

-Notifying Command and Staff of any issues

-Notifying Division leaders of any issues with member within their division

-Encourage members to show up for regular matches and practices

-Making sure rules are upheld

To get promoted to any of thse ranks you must show true leadership and dedication to *SFO* Squad. Also be involved and willing to participate more

The dutys of these members inclued:

-Help their division members sign up on Vwars,SFOGL and SFO squad cup

-Making sure the *SFO* C.O.C and R.O.E are followed

-Overseeing any minor issues and helping resolve them

-Notifying All Command and Staff in regards to any issues

-Recommend division members for medals and promotions

-Encourage members to show up for regular matches and practices

-Coordinating their division for practices and squad cup matches and reporting the outcome on squad cup ladder

-Enlisted ranks are assigned based on participation and dedication and to a lesser extent gameplay skills. The more senior enlisted players are expected to assist their division leaders as requested. They are also expected to mentor junior players in the game and regarding the workings of the squad as a whole.

-Seniority is based on participation and attitude and willingness to help other members.

-Junior members are expected to do nothing more than show up and play, observing the code of conduct and rules of engagement.
