CODE OF CONDUCT

To foster camaraderie and friendships amongst its *SFO* members who are located in North America and around the world.

To seek, build and foster friendships and alliances between *SFO* Gaming Organization and other gaming organizations that are of a respectable nature.

To utilize the capabilities of all *SFO* members to their full potential, provided they are in agreement, in an effort to continually improve *SFO* Gaming Organization. This will include such things as web creation and publishing, map building, liaison with other organizations, etc.

To express to all those *SFO*members who hold positions of higher rank that they must strive to ensure that they treat all players (*SFO* and non-*SFO* alike) with respect, fairness and equality. *SFO* members are all equal (exempt ONLY is General Maverick) and it must be remembered that this is neither a dictatorship nor is it the real military. All issues brought to your attention must be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible, not only because of the rank you carry, but also more importantly because of the friendships we are trying to foster.

When playing *SFO* Squad games and using your squad name, tags must be worn. When playing other games with your soldier name, tags are not required but suggested. Be proud of your squad . . . Display your tags.

All internal disputes are to be taken directly to the COMMAND. Please try to follow the Chain of Command first . . . Work your way up the chain.
